Friday General Surgery (1st Friday of every month Orthopaedic Surgery)

REQUIREMENTS PRIOR TO SURGERY
No food or drink for twelve (12) hours
Informed consent by an adult
No prosthesis e.g. false limbs
No hair accessories e.g. Hair Pins, Wigs
Dentures, jewelry, nail polish must be removed
The staff may be required to shave the area for surgery
